Great customer service! I am a new cat mom and was able to ask a lot of questions and work with my Vet with the information Smalls gave me, which was great! My kitten loves the food and I’ve noticed improved bowel movements & her energy levels are wonderful!

Happiest Cat Ever. My cat rushed the box when we brought the second one inside. he could not wait to eat more smalls. he is a snow bengal and this food has GREATLY reduced litter box odors (an issue for these cats), plus he absolutely LOVES it. He is a huge fan of the bird varieties. So glad to have found this company!!

My cats are very picky, took us a little bit to make the switch and I'm so glad we stuck it out! They love it. They seem much happier and healthier. The throwing up has been reduced to almost nothing and they are so playful!

Food shipped when it was supposed too and packaged well. My cat liked the food from the start but lately has been less interested and I’m unsure why. Probably holding out in case I will give him dry food instead but I am standing my ground as I know Smalls food is much better for him and I don’t have to clean up vomit like before with the dry food.

The food and the service are unparalleled. The food has changed Lana’s demeanor. She’s playful and happy all the time now. The service is wonderful as the agents respond to questions quickly. If you’re on the fence, get off and try it. You’ll definitely feel it worthwhile!

My cats love the wet food and the freeze dried raw dry food!

I got the most targeted ad on Instagram I’ve ever seen - it was like Smalls KNEW my fussy cat without ever meeting him. I’ve struggled for years to find something he likes (and will keep down) so I thought this was worth a shot. It took a couple of days but now my 12 year old cat is HOOKED. He has HATED (without exaggeration) nearly everything I’d tried previously and loved throwing it up - onto my shoes, laundry, rugs, you name it. Now he waits by the fridge or next to his bowl and less-than-politely asks for Smalls all day - AND keeps it in his tummy and off my belongings. I had to move up my order to accommodate his love for this food and I don’t think I’ll be able to switch to anything else in fear of a major protest from the pickiest eater I’ve ever met. In short, try it out if you can, my old man has never yelled at me more for food! Also, the customer service has been STELLAR. I recently moved into a new place, mistyped my shipping address (didn’t realize until the delivery was already out) and Smalls was SO helpful in getting a new box out to me. Next, I pushed my auto refill back because my cat was taking a little extra time to adjust. When I went to move it back up, I was in a pickle, the automated system wouldn’t let me select anything sooner for ship out then NEXT WEEK. My cat would not allow for this, so I reached out, they manually updated it and now my guy won’t have to experience the horrors of a lesser-brand. He’s quite dramatic so I seriously appreciate the amazing customer service. Big love from two happy campers!
