My notoriously picky cats can’t get enough of this food. Even when I could find a food they liked, they never even finished a serving. Now they lick the plate clean. The customer service has been great as well! So happy to have discovered this wonderful company.

Got the food for my newest catwho has leukemia. I wanted her to have better quality food than what she ate..she wouldn't touch it..I tried everything..so I them decided to give it to my other 2..nope they wouldn't touch it either..so basically I have all this food in my freezer over 100 worth.

Food is good, but company is not responsive for replacement when shipments arrive 3 days late with ice melted and most packages were lukewarm for unknown amount of time. Had to toss more than half out of shipment as they smelled bad and cats wouldn’t touch it. Company refused to give replacements. Same goes for packages that have no seal upon arrival and are rotten and freezer burnt. Horrible customer service.

We choose Smalls food for its quality and reviews after much consideration. Our 13 year old cat suddenly passed and we only had gone through a single months worth and my subscription auto renewed the day after our boy passed away. I contacted smalls and they were so incredibly kind and understanding. They refunded us and we donated the food they sent to our local shelter. A few weeks went by and we got a framed picture of our cat sent to us by smalls sending their sympathy and condolences. How thoughtful and genuine to do something we would’ve never expected. We weren’t even long time customers and are so thankful for them honoring our cat. When we decide to open our hearts to another kitty- SMALLS will be our only choice. I emailed the Cat Concierge and was connected with Stacie within 1 day regarding why I wasn't able to add the new Fish recipe to my subscription box. She quickly explained that I was subscribed to the original 11.5 oz packages vs the new ~5 oz packages and that's why I wasn't able to add Fish. She explained the background reasoning for the package size updates and was helpful, courteous, and prompt as we emailed back and forth. She offered to switch my subscription and took care of adding the Fish for me! She even confirmed the changes I made afterwards and made sure all of my concerns were addressed. She was pleasant and caring; cat people are the best!
