High quality food. I bought the 'smooth' type. My cat did not hesitate to eat it, even out of the refrigerator. She never eats 'out of the refrigerator'. It is worth the price.

My cat wouldn't eat this food. I ended up donating about 40 packages to a local shelter.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, although we're truly sorry to hear that your cat didn't take to our food. We understand how frustrating it can be when a product doesn't meet your expectations, especially when it comes to something as important as your pet's diet. We appreciate your generosity in donating the unused packages to a local shelter. It's wonderful to know that they'll be put to good use and help other cats in need. While we understand that our food may not be the right fit for every cat, we're committed to continuously improving and providing high-quality options for our furry friends. If you ever decide to give us another try or have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to help in any way we can.

The trial order came in a creative box packaged with dry ice to keep the food at optimal temperature. Inside there were helpful suggestions to transition our cats to the new food. We had to wein them off of the preservative, congealed food to fresh and natural food. Now, they love it! I've updated my next order based on what my cats preferred and it was quick and easy to do so.

The team at Smalls are quick to respond to my inquiries and go above and beyond to make things right. We had a couple of damaged packages in a recent shipment. Not only did Smalls give me a refund for the damaged items, I received a 10% discount on my next order.

I ordered a sample. Did not choose a list of items to be ordered, and in 3 weeks I was billed for product I did not order. The worst thing is my cats won't eat the food, they walk away from it.
Response from SmallsMar 3, 2024
Hi Sherry, thanks for sharing your Smalls experience. When you buy a sampler, you're also signing up for a recurring subscription starting two weeks later. We make sure to mention this during checkout and in follow-up emails, including Heads Up emails before your first full box ships. If an order charges when you're not ready, we have a weekend window to help. Requests to refund unshipped items must be in by Friday at 6pm EST before our warehouse finalizes orders for the week. Of course, it's always our hope that we're able to hear from all of our customers before this final deadline, but we're happy to take as many steps as we can to minimize the risk of an unwanted order. We're sorry to hear your cats didn't love the food, but our Cat Concierges have lots of tips and tricks to help! Feel free to reach out to us via email at [email protected], or shoot us a text at 503-487-4303.
