My choices are mailed to my door frozen on my schedule. My 3 cats love Smalls! They keep asking for more!

My cat did not care for the food at all. The texture was almost powdery. Even warmed up with water, my cat refused it. Also, in my opinion, Smalls rushed the next order through before I could cancel the subscription. Somehow, the next order shipped out the SAME day that I canceled. So, be careful or your “trial” subscription will cost you more than you bargained.

I like the customer service. Very easy to get in touch. My cat loves this food. It was easy to make the change for her. I liked that I could compost their shipping foam- that was cool. Overall a really good buying experience.

I’ve been using smalls with my two cats for approximately three months. They like all the flavors except for the fish, I think because it’s a cod they’re just not a fan of it. I think there was mention of changing some of the flavors in the fall, which might help! I use one packet per day so they get 100 cal per day of wet food and the rest is kibble. Will definitely keep using it as I feel you get more food in the packets than you would with traditional canned food.

In the short time I've fed my cat smalls, I have already noticed positive changes in her health! Bloating that I didn't even realize she had disappeared, and her poo is no longer smelly! It feels so good to know my girl is getting everything she needs, and she loves the taste too! She gets so excited when it's mealtime. I recommend smalls for anyone who really cares about their cat's health. I could go on and on, but I hope if you're reading this, you check it out for yourself!

While my cat did not like the Smalls food (with the exception of the crunchy treats) I appreciate the thoughtful, thorough, stellar customer service I received - today and previously as well. Thank you Danny for your help today! Thanks, Smalls for your efforts!

Hi, first of all the food arrived right away and was packaged perfectly for frozen food. It was easy to prepare and my cat Gertrude is going on 16. She’s very picky and she is also very demanding . She’s gained some weight after a back injury that has limited her activity level. The Smalls foods were a huge hit with her so much that when offered her old weight management food at the same time she would choose Smalls each time ! I’m going to continue with Smalls going forward & so happy knowing that she’s getting a good quality food with pure ingredients, as she should!! Also customer service is great, responds quickly & very helpful. I’m looking forward to Gertie living a longer & healthier life now thst she’s enjoying Smalls.THANK YOU for making a quality food source for cats .
