Smalls does not make it clear initially that this is a subscription program.

The food is great. Customer service involves no human beings.

The cat food is good, my cat loves it but the customer service aspect of smalls is the reason for the low score. Smalls has a referral program, they send texts saying refer a friend and get $20 for you and a free box for your them. Inside your shipment they include a referral card with a code for you to give to a friend. I gave my referral code to a friend who used it. I asked customer service when my account would be credited.. I was told my account would not be given. The card in the box is a different referral program. I just feel like if they valued me as a customer that has been with them for more than a year.. they would have said, sorry for the confusion we will credit your account. They lost a $138 a month subscription for $20. It may seem small but it made me feel my business didn't matter.

My cat never ate the food, despite me following the careful instructions for introducing it. Gave it all to a friend

I canceled my membership because my cat ran away and had been gone for 10 days. The day after I canceled she came back so of course I needed to re-enroll. When I did there was no questions asked just immediate confirmation. She immediately ate two full meals and loves her smalls food. Thank you for making a stressful time so easy to navigate.

Our cat Pete is diabetic and also he had a lot of diarrhea. We tried Smalls because of what I read about it. It has changed his life and ours too. He no longer has diarrhea and his diabetes seems to be much better too. He loves the way it tastes and is crazy about the free treats. I have recommended Smalls to a few other people.
