The shipping and packaging was fine, my cats simply would not eat the food! Also tried to give it to someone else to use and their cats wouldn't eat it either! I tried to cancel further shipments and was told the next one had already shipped, so I had to pay full price and wasn't offered a refund!! So much for the money back guarantee!!!! I definitely don't want any more!

None of my three cats would eat this expensive food and canceling the subscription was a pain in the ass.

I started using Smalls for my elder cat. She recently passed. When I notified them of her passing and needing to cancel my subscription they did so immediately. They personally sent me an email of condolences and asked to see a picture of her. I sent them one. A few weeks later I received a beautiful framed photo of her. I cried all over again at the kindness and sincere caring. When the time is right and I find my next cats, I will be back. The food comes quickly and is packaged nicely. However, the fish ones are awful smelling so I stopped those from coming. Thank you Smalls for making us feel like family. Xoxo

Cat hated it . By mistake was on an auto renewal? Had no idea I signed up for more and now have a huge box that my cat won't eat . Cancelled but got this email that said thanks for recent order. Hope another box isn't coming my way !

My cat, Cash loves his Smalls. He cries for it! I can tell a difference in his appearance and energy. We have always fed him grain-free food and food that the first ingredient is fish or chicken but hard to find in a pate’ that didn’t have gravy etc. Smalls is perfect!
