My cat eats everything in her bowl and she has not thrown up hairballs since I started feeding her Smalls. She has some food sensitivity and she feels better eating this food. She loves her bag of treats as well.

First shipment arrived missing items; second shipment arrived, but box was damaged. Cats won't eat this food. Tried to return it, nope. Tried to donate it to my vet clinic - they didn't want it. :( Quite the waste of time, money and effort.

Overall pretty pleased with smalls. One complaint is I was charged twice for a sticker when I should have been refunded for one. Noah is doing great with the new food, he didn't care for the plain fish so we just changed our next order.

Overrated in my opinion. Most of their varieties have a powerful unpleasant odor after it unfreezes and you open it up. I know several cats who won't even eat it. No matter how nutritious it supposedly is, it's useless if a cat won't eat it. It's also very expensive. So make a small initial order in case your cat won't eat it.
