Neither of my kitties will touch Smalls!

My cat absolutely loves this food!!! 100% frozen solid upon delivery and I live in Florida where it’s still almost 90 degrees. Highly recommend!

Their website was "not" transparent about the 30 day Trial purchase including being automaticly enrolled into having a Subscription account. I did the Trial purchase in mid-June, after seeing their TV commercial. The commercial does not disclose that there is a required auto sign-up subscription account to buy their cat food. None of their follow-up emails mentioned that I now have a subscription account, and did not mention that I need to manage it. This also meant they kept my credit card on file & could use it again. I learned of the account, when I received an email that "they" made the decision for me and were already shipping 42 packages of Smalls cat food to me. I was still within the Trial period and had already determined my 2 indoor cats did not like their food. What the hell was I going to do with 42 packages - I did not have freezer room to store it. You cannot call a live person and it's all handled via Text messages or Email. I could not stop the shipment, according to their replies to my text messages to that phone number provided. Once I found out about the auto subscription, I went back to their Web site and with a deep dive into their FAQs, I finally found the details on how to permanently cancel the account. Since they still had my credit card info, I also contacted my credit card company and put a "block" or "stop" against Smalls so they cannot use my card again. Too late, I finally did the research on Smalls and read everyone's complaints about being mislead by this cat food company, including that Smalls did not always honor account cancellations and continued using a person's credit card to send shipments.

Ordering is easy as is adjusting an order in process. My cats finally finish their food.

My cats love the food. It’s easy and convenient. And their coats are so soft! And the Customer service is great. And it’s super easy to customize my order. I highly recommend Smalls

I received the "trial" pkg, but wasnt given enough time to properly introduce my cats to it. Then, 2 weeks later I receive 48 meals. When I called, I was told that if I wasnt happy I could receive a refund for the trial pkg. But not for the .$140. Charge for the 48. At this point IF my cats liked it I wouldn't order from you. (They dont like it)

I love it my cats love it but it is a little expensive. I can order it every other month.

Really like Premium Smalls with broth & Bird Licks. My cat is picky and must have all of the ingredients. No so well with the regular options though.
