I'm really sorry to hear about your frustrating experience with your recent Smalls order. It’s disappointing when expectations don't match up, especially when you’ve taken the time to order samples based on what you thought would be a variety of options. Your Sampler is created based off selected proteins in the Get Started Quiz, so in your case it seems the selected protein for your box was Fish. By choosing “All Proteins,” you’ll receive the full range of available recipes in your Sampler, and be able to try out everything with your kitty. Again, so sorry for the confusion and I apologize for the delay in response. Our team is handling an unusually high volume of inquiries, and we appreciate your patience.

While our food is designed to be moist and nutrient-rich without added toppers, we do suggest adding a little water or broth to the food to help with texture and make it more appealing for picky eaters.
