My cat loves Smalls food!! Before, she was considered a small, scrawny cat; she was such a picky eater. Once we started Smalls, her weight started going up. She started cleaning the bowl! Now she is at a very healthy weight and very active!

Employees, or at least the AI Service that’s used, seemed friendly and were easy to contact via text and email. However, shipping was subpar in that it stated that dry ice is used and it is not. One time the food came in just slightly cool, I just went with it and hoped for the best. The following shipment came in room temperature and I had to get a replacement box and throw out all the food that was in that box. Add to that, after two months of trying to get my cats to eat this food, it just wasn’t successful. Some varieties better than others but most of the time I ended up throwing almost a full pack away. Unfortunately, my 3 cats just did not care for this whether it was texture or taste, it didn’t work.

I really liked the contents of your food and the ease of opening the container. My Kitty Pearlie really liked your food. I wish you had a senior discount? It is expensive for me on social security. And she loved the treats too! Thank you. KAT

The company has fantastic communication. They want to set you and your pet(s) up for success and work with you in determining what your cat needs. I have a finicky cat and have had to change her plan and delivery date. My senior cats fur is the softest it’s been in years. Highly recommend

Be more upfront about the automatic ordering system. I shouldn't have to read it in a fine print and then you just pick whatever you want to pick. My cats didn't like half of it that you sent and I had to pay for it. Not good when economy is not in a good place and we have to watch every penny we spend
