We’re so sorry to hear this! That’s definitely not the experience we want for you. As long as the packets are still cold to the touch upon arrival, they’re perfectly safe to refreeze and serve. Your box is packed with just enough coolant to keep food frozen through delivery, so it’s normal for dry ice or gel packs to thaw during transit. That said, any packets that arrive at room temperature or warm shouldn’t be refrozen or fed to your cat.
