The past two shipments were thawed and spoiled when they arrived. Several packets were bloated and discolored. My cats love your food but the shipping method isn’t working for us. I can’t trust to give these to my cats if they are potentially spoiled.

Amazing product! I had a cat who would throw up 3x or more a day. I had tried everything to help her, switched her to this food and her vomiting has nearly completely stopped! Going strong for about 4 months now! Quick and smooth delivery process every time. Highly recommend this business and their products.

I am writing this on Trust Pilot. I found bone shard in the cat pulled chicken. I foolishly threw away the evidence, but I have a lot number41817-81050. The shard -- there was actually two one big and one small. I thought at first it was something frozen which didn't make sense and then I pulled it and felt sick as we had already fed some of the product to the cat and i hoped there wasn't anything in it. (So far the cat seems fine.) This big shard was around 1/2 and inch long and fairly thick. It was like it had been chopped but had sharp edges. This definiately would have been a danger to a cat as both a choking hazzard and internal damage. I don't want anything from the company. I had already ended my subscription. I want a public record of this because the company needs to know and if anything happens to a cat because of this, I want the record on the internet.

Franco is very happy with his new (Smalls) food. We're almost three months along, and he really likes it, and I think the variety helps prevent boredom. His digestion has also improved a lot; he no longer vomits and even sheds less hair, so there are no hairballs in his stomach. I recommend this fresh food.

The Company overall does a great job, and the customer service is good. The food for our family members is where it’s at for us. I do think that customer service could use bit of an upgrade and a more personal touch. But overall great job!
