We are thrilled to hear your cats love the food and that it has made such a difference, specifically helping your older cat with his weight and playfulness! We're also glad that you find managing your account, food options, and delivery schedule so easy.

That's fantastic to hear! Thank you for sharing such positive feedback with us. We are thrilled that you find the Heads Up emails and the option to skip a delivery so helpful for managing the freezer inventory for your kittens. Knowing you can easily control both the amounts and the flavors (now that the kittens have made their preferences known!) through the online system is exactly what we aim for. And we are always here for you via text or email with a prompt response whenever you need us! We appreciate you being a customer 😻

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re glad to hear your cat enjoys the food. We understand that our subscription model and pricing may not work for every family. Our system is designed to ensure fresh, high-quality food arrives on time, but you can manage, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime to better fit your schedule and budget. We truly appreciate your honesty and hope we can continue serving you and your cat in the future.

That is absolutely one of the best stories we've ever heard! Thank you so much for sharing that. Pete clearly knew exactly where to be to turn you into a cat guy. It just takes that one special kitty to show you what you were missing. We're thrilled that Pete is thriving on the Smooth Pig—he deserves the very best. Welcome to the club 😻

That is fantastic feedback! We are thrilled to hear your cats really love the food. It’s great that the fresh smell gives you confidence, and we’re happy to be a nice change of pace from cooking for them yourself 😻

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that our subscription model isn’t the right fit for everyone. While our auto-ship system helps ensure fresh food arrives on time, you can always manage or cancel your subscription in your Account Portal to reorder on your schedule. We’re also happy to help guide you through this if needed.

Thank you for your feedback! We wanted to clarify that we recently removed canola oil and now use just a very small amount of sunflower oil in some recipes—a drop per serving—to provide essential omega-6 fatty acids, which are important for cats’ skin, coat, and joint health. We understand preferences vary, and we appreciate your insights as we continue improving both our food and website experience.

That is wonderful to hear! Thank you so much for the 5/5 stars. We are especially thrilled that your very picky 8-year-old cat loves the food—that's the highest compliment we can get! We are glad you think the product is put together nicely 😻
