I had some problems with my subscription &their customer service was very helpful in straightening my account. They were friendly & attentive.

Both of my cats are becoming 'senior' and I wanted to look into changing up their diet to ensure they were able to maintain themselves. Since they began on Smalls, their fur is the nicest it's ever been, no more vomiting from hard to digest commercial wet cat food, and, there's a noticeable 'pep' to their step & overall health is better. You sent food my cat is allergic to and the customer service was terrible also I did not order recurring shipments and you just keep trying to send me stuff . Lease remove me from all that you are.

Our kitty cats love smalls! Their favorites are the cow and pig! Happy to give them a more healthy option then the typical cat foods out there. We love our babies too much to offer them anything less :-) We highly recommend smalls.

You need a better delivery service. My original order came with just insulation and no dry ice. All the product was thawed and warm. I had to throw it out. You did send a replacement order but again about 1/3 of the product was thawed but it was still cool enough to refreeze.
