Love this food. My cat loves everything in the sampler we received. His poop doesn’t stink at all anymore; with his previous food he cleared the room. I’ve noticed his fur is softer and not much shedding. I highly recommend. I did the cold turkey and he had no problems.

it's a shame I was never able to try the cat food since it was sent four times through FedEx and was returned each time before it got to me due to being spoiled. I figure if they can't get the sample pack to me in good condition how would they ever be able to get a full food order to me in good condition. very disappointing

I like the options available for cats. The "licks" area hit but the gravy in a thumbs down. I can't get them to come close to the gravy.

After trying all of the flavors, types and different brands of cat food widely available in local stores our 2 very finicky kitty boys refused to eat, our daughter found an advertisement for Small’s cat food. While it is on the pricey side, I decided to have “the boys” give it a try because I was spending way too much on food they would not eat. Our 2 fur babies absolutely love most of Small’s offerings. There are only two of the offerings they do not care for, which is the “pulled bird” and “other pulled bird.” When I submit an order for delivery (which is free) I just omit the “pulled” selections and purchase the ground and smooth varieties of bird, other bird, fish, cow and pig.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience. It sounds like you went through the exhausting and expensive trial of nearly every brand on the market! We're thrilled that your daughter found us, and that your two very finicky kitty boys absolutely love most of Smalls' offerings. That's the beauty of customization, and now you can simply omit those from your orders and stick to the varieties they devour. We're happy to provide a product that makes the price worth it by giving you peace of mind and happy, healthy cats 😻

The customer service is really good and the sample foods are great too. But we ordered two big batches after we tried the small sample package and both times our cat got sick and had diarrhea. I don’t know where and how they stored the food in warehouse but something is wrong about them.

I didn’t know with first discounted offer I was automatically be sent a second order. I gave it away to local shelter. Cat wouldn’t touch it.

Otis cat's fur has never been silkier. He took a little time to prefer it over dry food, but now he loves it. My other gatto, Mila, can't get enough of it, too.

Thank you so much for sharing your success story. We are thrilled to hear that Otis's patience paid off and he now loves the food! Most importantly, his fur has never been silkier. That's a huge win for his health! We're also Mila, can't get enough of it either 😻

Dont order from them. They ship your order even though you cancel it. When you complain, they claim you are supposed to do earlier yet I did it right when I got the email. It hadnt shipped yet. My cat dislikes the food as well. It doesnt look like real food as they claim. The ones that kind of do, isnt part of the plan, you have to pay extra. They give you all these perks to try it.... when you actually become a member, you are paying triple. Lastly, the packaging is awful.
