That is wonderful feedback! Thank you for sharing such a detailed success story. We are thrilled that your girl is now a Smalls enthusiast. Hearing that she actually WAITS for the food and comes running when she hears the container open is a huge win. The health improvements you've seen are fantastic. That's a testament to the high-moisture, high-quality ingredients. We agree—better late than never! We hope she loves the other flavors just as much 😻

Thank you for sharing this feedback — we’re sorry to hear about this experience. We understand how frustrating it can be to receive food your cat won’t eat. While our Sampler is designed to introduce a variety of recipes, we know that not every cat enjoys bird-based proteins, and we regret that this wasn’t a better fit for your kitty. We do appreciate you donating the unused food to a local rescue — that generosity means a lot. That said, your feedback about flavor balance and customization is important, and we’ll be sure it’s shared with our team as we continue improving how preferences are reflected. We’re always here to help!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this feedback. You’re right that our current order and shipping timeline requires a bit of planning, and we understand how that can feel inconvenient. Because our food is freshly prepared and shipped frozen, we process orders on a set schedule to ensure quality and food safety from our kitchen to your doorstep. That said, if you ever do need an earlier shipment, our team is always happy to help rush your order asap by request!
