SleepypodReviews of sleepypod.com

This is exactly what I was looking for. My cat is tiny and I wanted something that she’d feel comfortable in. Also, I’m small as well and I needed something I can manage. It’s beautifully made. My cat seems interested in it. I’ve been giving her treats in it so hopefully I’ll be able to get her to go in when I need to.

Carrier is beautiful and sturdy. Dogs love it. Great customer service. Replaced a part that I had lost at no extra cost. Excellent! Highly recommended.

Very quick delivery and my cat loves it!

There was a problem with our order. These things happen but the measures that Sleepypod took to correct the situation and compensate for the delay were amazing. Very quick response and they did everything possible to correct the error. Outstanding.

Love it! Great!

Very impressive customer service! I had broken the zipper on my Sleepypod and they replaced it very quickly. I highly recommend this company and their products. My dog LOVES his Sleepypod and I feel good knowing that he is safe and comfortable in the car.

I have two. I bought one years ago (~8yrs?) and I’ve always loved it. It’s held up very well. I bought a second one now that I have a second cat. I leave them around the house as beds until I need to take my cats somewhere. I think this reduces stress when we have to travel.

The product I received is great, very sturdy and well made. I feel my dog is safe with the nonslip harness. Only 1 problem never received a notice that the product was shipped. Contacted the company 2 weeks later, left a message with the answering service and never received a call back. The product arrived within 2 days of the call. Took 2 weeks to receive. No other issues with the company. Pleased customer
