From getting the mattress fitted for us customer computerize match see it was excellent and the build of the Stearns and Foster mattress was excellent Tim our salesman also found us some pillows which made the bed a whole better experience .

I purchased a mattress on 5/29/2016 from the York Galleria location. I went somewhere else & found a better deal for the same exact thing. I called in to get my money back & was told I would have my money back in a "few days." This is now 2 weeks later and I have yet to get my money back. I called the customer service line & they said they have yet to receive a request to get my money back. Don't worry Customer Service can't help you either! So, I tried to call the York Galleria location so they can process my request & no one will pick up the phone. This is the worst experience I have ever had. It was so much easier to go to a different mattress seller. I wish I would have never went there in the first place.

Our sales manager, Savi, at Montgomery Mall was highly skilled in selling his product and very professional. He met our needs and provided us with great customer satisfaction.

I don't know that I would purchase from MW again. I had to do a warranty claim, which was fairly easy. I received my letter, went to the store with the letter and picked out a new mattress. That was almost 2 weeks ago. I'm still waiting for the call to schedule delivery. If the warranty claim was approved and I had the letter in hand, what is the hold up? I even upgraded and paid more money. I'm tired of sleeping on a sagging, no good mattress. I call the 1800 number and it goes to VM every time. It's impossible to talk to a person. I leave a message and nobody ever calls me back. I'm very disappointed.

There was a big sale on mattresses for Memorial Day weekend so I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to invest in a new mattress. I went to Sears then Macys, but somehow ended up at Mattress Warehouse. The salesman who helped me (I forgot his name) was so nice! He was very knowledged on mattresses compared to the salesmen at the other retailers. He listened to my needs and found the best bed in my price range and comfort level! Sure I spent a little more than I intended but I am very sure that it will help me in the long run.

...I was not sure this was the vendor for me. But it seemed the bad reviews were mostly in other states (NJ, PA, etc). My experience with this company was in North Carolina and I was very pleased with my salesperson and delivery. Not sure what's going wrong in other areas, but not to worry here in NC! Even amidst the unprofesisonalism and blatant disrespect of another salesman, Roger remained a gentleman and a pro. We highly recommend Mattress Warehouse, we highly recommend Roger, and we encourage everyone to invest in their sleep. Don't settle for a mattress because it's a bargain.
