My husband and I recently went to the Glassboro, NJ store. Jim, the salesperson, was the most helpful I have ever experienced. He took a lot of time (over an hour) with us to find us the appropriate mattress instead of just asking us a price range and giving us three options like I have experienced before. Even the next day I called him about something small and he resolved it over the phone. We have not received the bed as yet, but I would definitely recommend going here to learn about the different types of beds and having more than three minutes to make a long lasting decision! Great customer service!!!

The most recent Mattress Warehouse experience I have had is the WORSE ONE yet. The salesmen - Scott and Sakeeb? - did their respective jobs and sweet talked their way into coercing us to buy a mattress. They made MANY promises before, and a couple after, the sale - NONE of which panned out! The BLAMED the delivery department, which is conveniently NOT A PART OF THEIR BRAND. They shrug their shoulders and wiped their hands off any responsibility. DO NOT SHOP AT MATTRESS WAREHOUSE!!! There are MANY other options to choose from. We purchased a 6k mattress, and promise was made that they will take the old one away. When our son's mattress was delivered, they got the base for our mattress but not the mattress!!! What were we going to do with the damn base??????? So they took it back. A WEEK later, they came back with our base and mattress. They installed it, got all the paperwork signed, and told us that they would come back for the old mattress. They drove off. Needless to say, we were MAD. When we went to the store to complain, they said "Wow! But taking the old mattress to the curbside is part of their job and the mattress contract! Wow. Unfortunately, we have nothing to do with the delivery department. We contract it out. So we can't do anything." Despite many phone calls and requests, the salesmen at the Churchmann Road's Mattress Warehouse did absolutely NOTHING. Now, we have a king size mattress sitting on our floor - for over a month now!

The bed was not delivered on the day it was suppose to be then was given a different date 2 weeks later, and now they state is will be 3 more days and the salesman seems unsympathetic. I will never do business with this company and will be getting my money back immediately .

Two days ago, my husband and I purchased a king sized mattress, box spring, and frame at the Rehoboth store. Since we haven't received the merchandise yet, we cannot comment on the product. I would, however, like to comment on the sales person, Tywan. We actually hadn't expected to purchase that day, but without "high pressure" sales babble, Tywan showed us exactly what we were looking for and we decided to close the deal. Thank you, Tywan!

I bought. Box frame it looks like used one 80.00 dollers felt like being rip off .i had so it and staple it.

This place is horrible!!! I went in to buy a mistress and was pushed into buying a more expensive floor model. I left a deposit and came back the next day and paid the remainder in full. The next morning, I got a call from the "manager " telling me that the floor model that I saw and paid for was not the mattress I was getting, but rather a mattress that I didn't see OR agree to! I went to get a refund and was told by the manager that a refund took 3 weeks. I was very upset. After alot if back and forth the theatrics by the even more scammy( than the already Swammy salesman)manager, I took the actress. I am quite sure this was a scam from the start. You can buy a mattress any where, so go ELSEWHERE!!!
