I gave Sleep Doctor a high rating for their speed of delivery and their pricing is somewhat competitive. But their website is horrible in terms of helping you select the right accessories for your particular CPAP device. And then, if you open it, the accessory, and it doesn’t fit your device, tough luck because they won’t give you a refund. Most logical e-commerce websites connect your device to the accessories that are appropriate for it. I don’t understand why they can’t do this. Further, if you have any issues when your first using your CPAP, forget about it. I attempted to get a hold of them for 7 to 10 days to explain that I was having major side effects and then when I finally left a bad rating, they called me back. Finally, my doctor helped me through my issues, my doctor, locally. They seem to love your money, but not you.

I find everyone very helpful and interesting in solving my issues. It is however a getting used to process and appealing takes time.

They got back to me the same day and were honest with me about my situation. I will need to consult with a dentist because I have front crowns and a bridge. Shopping online isn't an option for me and I'm glad they told me! I would have wasted money and ruined my expensive dental work 😔

The cost of the study was reasonable. 3. The process of setting up the home study was not difficult. 4. The quick results within 1-2 days was a plus. 5. The follow up support from the care team was Excellent. 6. The results finally shed some light on why I cannot sleep. I am in the process of seeing a sleep doctor for further evaluation.

Matthew was wonderful. Very helpful and knowledgeable. However, the mouth guard that I did purchase was too big. I have a small mouth and need something else. He is continuing to help me find something that will meet my needs.
