ordered two blades and a uk plug on 7 nove 2025, nothing arrived. I have sent 5 emails requesting my order is sent to me, no response at all. For what is one of the best products the customer service is non existant!!! So it means i will no longer purchase anything from them, will have to buy from third party. would not tell anyone to buy a skull shaver product of any kind. totally untrust worthy and needs a complete over haul!!!

I bought a Skull Shaver, returned it promptly within 24 hours completely unused, because it looked and felt of substandard quality. Then, when I requested a refund, I was repeatedly fobbed off with excuses over a period of weeks. Eventually, I raised a dispute with the credit card company who found in my favour, despite Skull Shaver disputing the return.

Paid a lot of money for the top of the range from skull shaver six months in it stopped working, poor customer service refused to refund so my advice is try a Turkish shaver instead cheaper and will last a loootttt longer

After reading approx. 100 reviews regarding this product and fully expecting outstanding experiences, (I recently chose to rock a Mohawk) I was quite shocked and disappointed in the obvious non-quality of the Skull Shaver. So I want to thank the reviewers for their honesty in the feedback because I had wanted one SO BAD! This is exactly why you should ALWAYS do your research before investing in a pricey purchase. I am grateful that I won't have to go through the nightmare of what appears to be a company just stealing customers money.

Ordered a month ago and only got around to using it this week. Ive had two goes out of it and one of the razor heads has snapped off. Sent a picture showing my issue and here's my response. Thank you for your patience and for providing additional details about the issue you're experiencing with your shaver. I understand how frustrating it can be when a product doesn't perform as expected, especially after only a couple of uses. Since the blade foil is not seating properly and keeps popping out, it may indicate that the component is damaged or not functioning correctly. Unfortunately, as blades are considered consumable items, they cannot be exchanged. However, I recommend continuing to use the shaver if it is still operational and providing a satisfactory shave, until you get your new blade head after 60 days(As you have a blade subscription going on) Subscription has now been cancelled and fair to say I won't be using them again what a waste of money. Avoid

Pessimo, l'unico punto positivo è il design, effettivamente comodo, per il resto offre scarsa potenza e una rasatura grossolana, prima di riuscire ad avere una testa vagamente liscia passerà almeno una mezz'ora a causa della potenza inadeguata inoltre non è assolutamente ingrado di rendere la testa liscia, lascia capelli sotto il millimetro ma non "a zero" a differenza di un qualsiasi rasoio a mano o di una marca avversaria quali Philips, Brown ecc. Disponibili a prezzi di gran lunga inferiori.

I bought the Skull Shaver Gold Pro about 1.5 years ago for nearly $200 CAD, expecting a durable, premium product. Recently, the plastic attachment part of the shaver head broke suddenly — without any force or misuse. I contacted Skull Shaver Canada with photos and a clear explanation, but they kept insisting it was a blade issue and outside warranty. After clarifying that it was a structural failure, they completely stopped responding. For a product this expensive, this kind of quality and customer service is unacceptable. A premium shaver should last longer than a year, and the company should stand behind its products. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

Emailed twice in the last 2 months about about a 5 month old shaver not charging to no reply shocking service! Looks like I can order a replacement but have to pay £35 im not doing that going to cut my losses and never use this company again
