I placed an order directly with Skull for their shaver. Unfortunately, they use Evri for delivery, and after four to five days with no clear delivery timeline, I still hadn't received the product. Given Evri’s reputation, I decided to cancel my order and will buy from a high street store instead. If you plan to rely on one of the lowest-rated couriers, you should expect dissatisfied customers.

Abysmal company and product! I purchased the top of the range diamond pro it’s lasted a couple of months and now won’t turn on! I’ve contacted customer service who either want nearly £60 for a quick exchange or I have to post my broken unit back with a possible 2 month wait based on their website! Replacement blades are overpriced and again abysmal quality the silver paint flakes off the blade unit leaving you with a head full of what looks like glitter!! I will have the unit repaired and then sell on as it’s that bad and not a premium product that they market it as! Save your money and avoid this company like the plague they are shocking as is there poor products Never trust a company that you cannot call up their customer services!!

You may as well buy a cheaper version from China as these are made in China and break just as easily. Recently tried to send the the mechanical part of my shaver back as it is failed and no one is replying to my emails. No one has picked up the email, just a generally poor company. Comes highly unrecommended

Seems like I am not the only one who had my order lost or stolen by the delivery company. Contacted Skull Shaver and had no reply to 5 emails over the course of a month.

I bought a Beast Clipper from Skullshaver and was very happy with it until the teeth on one of the plastic guard that come with the clipper broke. When someone from Skullshaver eventually replied to my request for a replacement guard, they told me they don’t supply replacements. The clipper is now completely useless.

Ordered some replacement blades on subscription never arrived they use Evri who said they couldn’t deliver but didn’t even try so lied to me . Tried to Contacted skull shaver no reply form them , even after 6 e mails
