Ordered on 12th May Still not received my goods despite 4 emails asking where they are - zero response.

Had my £200 Skull Shaver platinum just over a year when it wouldn’t work any longer. I contacted customer services and after several weeks and another email I heard back from them saying I could either send back faulty item and it would take 1-2 months to be returned or pay an additional £55 to get a new one expedited back to me. I requested a refund as product not worth the money. Ha, no chance. I’ve had to buy an alternative shaver in the meantime while I wait 1-2 months for a replacement/fixed item. Utter joke of a product and service. Avoid like the plague!

Shaver won’t charge. Tried contacting the company but no joy. Stupidly paid for a replacement at a reduced rate, but they never sent it. Ashamed to say I’ve given this company a lot of money for a product that is not fit for purpose. They ignore your emails and it’s impossible to get hold of anyone. Avoid this company at all costs. Products are not worth the high price and customer service is non existent! I’d give 0 stars if it was an option.

This is a company/product is best avoided. Having purchased one of their shavers a couple of years ago, I wanted to replace the blades. Trying to locate the blades proved to be a challenge. First, I wrote to their customer services. They did eventually get back to me, but with not very helpful advice. So, I tried again. It appears customer service is not very high on their priority list. Second, I eventually managed to find the replacement blades. Unfortunately, I was unable to purchase them because their website refused to sell them to me! Yes, it appears, from my experience at least, that Skull Shaver is more interested in trying to sell the complete shaver. Suffice it to say, my next shaver will Not be from Skull Shaver.

Con Won’t let you cancel subscription Absolute joke I actually like the product but I don’t like being scammed into a subscription so I will find one of the many other shaver choices
