Skull ShaverReviews of skullshaver.com

I bought the Platinum pro which was the more expensive one. I have had it for over a year and still using the first blade that came with it. It now decided to stop working. I could see little smoke inside the unit as the paint has come off. It seems cheap in the inside and not worth the money at all. This is a unit that broke before the blade it came with!!! Unfortunately I don't have the paperwork that it came with so that's that.

On reading the reviews, it seems somewhat pointless pointing out that their customer support is terrible...... It's not terrible, it's non existent.....

Product may be ok but good luck if you have to contact their customer support. You won't get a reply even in a week time. Customers outside USA, there is no support outside USA to call.

Purchased Skull shaver gold from Amazon.co.uk. Arrived today. Used once as a test then put on charge. Didn't charge and now will not work at all. Returned.

As mentioned by so many below - awful customer service. I've been trying to cancel my recurring blade subscription, which supposedly you can do on the website, but it doesn't let you click through. I've written to them several times with no response. They're very efficient when taking the subscription money though!

Completely awful. Bought a shaver about 2 years ago and I’ve had 6 replacements since then. On each one the battery fails within a few months at best. Clearly not just a one off faulty product. After a year you’re out of warranty so they make you pay £39.99 for an extra 12 months warranty. This means you’re effectively then in an annual subscription service if you want to continue using the crappy product. Definitely do not buy off them.

Don't get me wrong, the product quality is decent for the money, but last week I ordered a replacement head for my Pitbull Pro, and they sent it to the wrong address. I've emailed and called them, but without any luck. The phono robot just tells you to wait, then hangs up on you. I would stay away from this company because if there is any issue with your order, you have lost your money.
