I agree that the Recipe book is not worth the money and should not cost $9 for shipping. It can be send in an envelope for as small as it is. I am glad to have recipe ideas but the delivery could be more cost effective for the consumer, as in downloadable or free.

I started on January 2nd and I have lost 18 pounds with the product. I did cheat a couple of times but overall easy to follow. My only suggestion would be to make the lines on the dropper easier to see!

Our order was received in good time and condition. The reading helps and information was helpful. The product is palatable. Myself and husband are repeating a weight loss program I did years ago. Did try a recipe for Queso, said use cornstarch but had no amount. Will be trying more today

Someone is always...always there to answer any questions or help or give advice. The product has helped me loose weight as I have tried everything, I mean EVERYTHING!!. I have lost weight in the past, but gained it back, hope to keep it off this time. Still have about 25 to go and thinking positive, and I know if I have questions I can email you guys.

My original order did not arrive. The customer service agent was rude and argumentative. she wrote the following "You are indicating that these asks are too huge for you and that you have no such patience for that. You're angry and you now want to dispute the charges. You don't need to do that. We have refunded your order. "

In the past, I always felt that I had so much to lose that it was pointless to even try since nothing happened right away. With Skinny Up I had immediate results, helping me to stay on track! I find the recipe book to be a big help with planning meals to incorporate allowed foods. I am no longer hungry between meals and do not crave anything! Amazing!!
