Fabulous program! Great results, and I actually enjoyed the process because the Skinny Up team sent email encouragement along the way.

Have used the reducer product 3X in the past 8 years. Initially I lost 30 pounds. I've been able to keep 20 off all that time, but have fallen off the wagon so to speak 2 x and as the weight crept up I returned to the reducer and discipline for 20 or so days and got back on track. Sodium and water gain are more the issue as I've gotten older and that's why those last 10 just won't go away. Nevertheless, I think Skinny up works and would recommend it highly.
