I’ve only been taking the drops for 8 days but I’m down 7.4lbs already. I know this product works because I have been on literally every diet over the last year and couldn’t get the scale to budge . The Menopause weight and hormonal issues wouldn’t allow me to lose a lb. I’m so excited to see how the program continues. It is very hard though to stick to the very restricted food list . But it does work!

71 year old man who has been losing the battle of the diet for most of that time. This protocol can be a challenge but the results so far have been excellent. Hunger subsided after a few days. I started at 232 and my weight today, half way through the reduce stage, was 212. YES, it can get boring, YES, it means you need to plan. YES, it is not easy to dine out. YES,, I miss having a Bourbon once in a while. BUT.. my weight and body are changing and I feel like I can do this.
