I’ve used Skinny Up many times off and on for years. It’s just so expensive 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’ve gone from 200 pounds to 147 with ease. I do gain about 10 pounds a year but it’s a great thing to do to reset and feel better about yourself

This stuff really works. My only beef is with the stoppers, the markers are so faint I can hardly see them. It would be appreciated if you guys would fix this issue with your stoppers..

It is a great product although pricey and the shipping time isn’t the greatest.

The recipes should be included or at least a digital book. The recipe book (looks like a thin pamflet) is like $15 and then you charge almost $10 for shipping! Im not happy about that. I know there are a few recipes on the website, but not many. And maybe you should provide a shopping list for the reduce protocol. Other products like this were less expensive and had online recipes and a great shopping list for foods to buy to help you on your journey. I have lost 6 lbs in 6 days though but im bored of the food since it feels like 90 % of the veg is leafy greens. I feel like its green salads with protien and no dressing.

I started the reduce phase 5 days ago and have lost 4.5 pounds. So far so good.

To date I have list six pounds in eight days so the program has been successful. I wasn’t aware however when I ordered the Skinny drops I was to also use additional drops so I have not been using them

I like it my only problem is I don’t eat fish so it limits what I eat. I would still recommend this diet.
