Product wasn’t the same…2.5 pound lost

I'm 14 days in and have lost 9 pounds. Only 11 to go until I'm at my goal weight!

I have used your products in past with success. It is ordering that is difficult for me as I have eyesight and computer limitations. In the past I was able to talk to a live person to order..but found it difficult to find a good number to call.The number listed in my old book was busy all the time!
