Product wasn’t the same…2.5 pound lost

My original order did not arrive. The customer service agent was rude and argumentative. she wrote the following "You are indicating that these asks are too huge for you and that you have no such patience for that. You're angry and you now want to dispute the charges. You don't need to do that. We have refunded your order. "

I’m still debating weather this works or not, I have followed all the protocol to the T, yet I plateaued on the 11th day and instead of loosing it seems I’m gaining all the weight back. I will give it another week to see if something changes, if not I will have to request my money back. We’ll see, hopefully I loose at least 15 pounds. So far I’ve lost only 4.4 and I’ve been on it for one week an a half.

I have been a strong fan of SU for nearly 3 years, and have spent significant dollars without hesitation. However my last 3 orders, including the latest complimentary bottle of Yeast Redux, have been nothing more than disappointing. The formulas changed in taste but assurances have been given that the product’s effectiveness hasn’t changed. Ok, that’s fine. Now these issues with the droppers, again totally understandable. However, the bottle of Yeast redux I just received was just plain gross. The dropper was stained brown, the liquid is dark brown, thick and full of sediment that doesn’t go away even after vigorous shaking. I love to put in rave reviews and have done so in the past with enthusiasm, but I am so disappointed right now and even unhappy and wonder what is happening to the products I have come to have such confidence in. Will things change for the better?

As a repeat customer, there has been a breakdown in our communications. I have written several messages on FB with no reply. However during my first order and trying out your product there was a constant flow of communication back and forth.

Because I drink milk and coffee with milk no sugar that’s fine

I’ve been using the products and following the protocol exactly as directed and after 10 day’s I’m still EXTREMELY hungry.

This is not working for me. Does nothing to curb my sugar craving was hoping it would. Sending it back hopefully they don't give me a hard time for the refund. Will follow up
