Very expensive prices for bottles

I have used your products in past with success. It is ordering that is difficult for me as I have eyesight and computer limitations. In the past I was able to talk to a live person to order..but found it difficult to find a good number to call.The number listed in my old book was busy all the time! But I had a friend help me this time. Please let me know how to call in the future. Thank You so much, Suzy

I agree that the Recipe book is not worth the money and should not cost $9 for shipping. It can be send in an envelope for as small as it is. I am glad to have recipe ideas but the delivery could be more cost effective for the consumer, as in downloadable or free.

only ordered reduce and yeast and got Maintain added to my order ...which I did not sign up for

I tried for One hour to get my 20% off, by ordering the deluxe package, even tried the discount for first time buyers, absolutely none of them worked, that left me very skeptical

Tooo hard to navigate the payment process, kept keeping me out and. trying to push Paypal!
