This is such an amazing resource for anyone looking to dive deeper into their health. You can easily skip kits if you don't want to test monthly and the customer support has been extremely quick at responding and always helpful when I've reached out. Useful tool on health care

Absolutely horrendous. Took 2 weeks to get my results and still was missing certain results. Avoid like the plague. Seems like they are trying to overcomplicate something that is fairly simple. I’m guessing they are using 3rd party labs.

Timely efficient. SUGGESTION re: Instructions. Specify how many viles of blood are actually needed in written form for clarity. We were careful not to overfill the one we sent in...not clear that 2 more were needed. Thanks.

I was extremely impressed with the entire experience. I did have trouble with the easy draw method, but once I used the fingerstick method everything was flawless. It was very informative to read all of the detailed information that was included with each of the lab values. And I was equally impressed with the suggestions for areas that I could undertake to improve my test results for the next draw. With all of the numerous blood draws I have had throughout my life I have never had such in-depth analysis of the results. Extremely beneficial in all regards. I will spread the word. Thank you!
