It was lovely working with Stefanija! She was easy to understand and made the whole process so very easy. Patient with me and totally explained what I needed to do to draw my blood and put it on the card correctly.

# Concerns About Siphox's Service Practices I am deeply frustrated with my experience using Siphox's services. Their pricing is exceptionally high, yet their website interface is confusingly designed and difficult to navigate. Most concerning are the excessive identity verification requirements that go far beyond what appears necessary. While I understand some level of verification is standard, Siphox seems overly focused on collecting and verifying identity information rather than delivering the service I paid for. This raises serious questions about why they need such extensive personal information and how it might be used beyond providing my test results. For comparison, other laboratory services like Quest have straightforward verification processes that prioritize customer access to their own test results. Siphox's approach, by contrast, creates unnecessary barriers that delay access to information I've already purchased. These verification hurdles seem disproportionate to any legitimate need and make me question their priorities as a service provider. Are they more concerned with data collection than customer service? Why invest so heavily in identity verification when those resources could improve their actual testing services and user experience? This approach has significantly undermined my trust in their services and raises important questions about their business practices.

We’re appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback. At SiPhox, protecting patient health information is a top priority. Our identity verification and security protocols are in place to comply with HIPAA and clinical lab regulations, ensuring that only authorized users can access sensitive medical data. We strive to strike the right balance between safeguarding privacy and minimizing friction for our users. To that end, our platform uses a straightforward but secure two-factor authentication process for portal access. We understand this may feel like an extra step, but it’s designed to protect both your identity and your results. That said, we’re always looking for ways to improve. If you have specific suggestions or would be open to a follow-up conversation, we’d truly value the opportunity to learn from your experience and address your concerns directly.

Edited after SiPhox’s Reply: I was disappointed with this service. Although the blood draw process was simple, my results were delayed and incomplete. I didn’t receive results for five different categories. I was told there was not enough blood to get results in these categories, however I filled the provided tube to the top. I was offered a $20 credit on my next order as compensation. Although I think the intent at good customer service is being attempted, I think more needs to be done to resolve this type of issue. I think SiPhox should be trying to go above and beyond to satisfy their customers in order to establish themselves as the best at home blood test company. Unfortunately this won’t happen with just offering a $20 credit to resolve issues such as missing results. I won’t be using this company again. Edited to Add: I never received a replacement kit. I would like SiPhox to reach out to me and let me know when that kit will be on the way.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience — we're truly sorry for the frustration you encountered. Receiving incomplete results is understandably disappointing, and we take this seriously. Upon reviewing your case, we identified a system error between the lab and our platform that prevented your sample from being properly registered and fully processed. In situations where a sample is not processed, we always send a complimentary replacement kit to ensure you have the opportunity to complete your testing. In your case, a replacement was promptly sent to support a full and accurate report. We're working actively to strengthen these systems and prevent this type of issue from occurring again. We truly hope to restore your trust with a smoother experience going forward.

Stefanija was very friendly and helpful. She answered all of my questions, and she made sure I was comfortable with the test.

The transfer of data from the PDF was fair, but what clinched it as unusable is the inability to edit after submission; entirely and without penalty. I also had to manually add several tests that it didn't auto-capture.

Thanks for sharing your experience, and we're sorry to hear the editing felt unusable. Just to clarify, it is possible to edit data after a third-party upload by clicking the “Edit” button in the top-right corner of the report. We’re actively expanding our list of supported biomarkers, though some results may not auto-capture if they don’t match our current mapping. We understand that manual entry can be frustrating and are working toward broader coverage. If you'd like help editing your report, our team would be happy to guide you through it.
