The customer service and professionalism I’ve received has been superb. I had to reschedule my collection appointment which was very simple. During the call, Stefanija was awesome and patient. When I received my results, I received an email explaining they needed more plasma and will send another kit to ensure I am able to receive a full report. It was shipped the very next day. With my results, I received recommendations on how to correct any numbers that may have been out of range. This was very useful as I can incorporate these and hope to see improvement by my next lab results. It gives an explanation of what each biomarker is and what its function is. Very educational.
