Unfortunately I did not succeed getting a blood sample. My sample was just a small blood clot stuck in the collection device and I could not re use it as it is a one time use device.

Una was very pleasant and her easy going manner and reassurance made me feel relaxed- the blood collection went smoothly with minimal discomfort

Excellent diagonosis

The reports, once you get them, are very enlightening. The collection process could NOT be easier. I have tried a few other services, The Siphox collection method is far superior. My biggest issue is with their turnaround time for samples received. The sample you collect is transported overnight, but then you will wait for 2 WEEKS to get any report. If this were a cheap adventure, I'd say that you get what you pay for, but it is FAR from cheap, and so I would expect results quite a bit sooner.

The actual lab tests are good and I love the home blood draw system but I feel like they have some work to do before I would fully recommend them. When I initially purchased tests from them, the description of what tests were included with the pack was different in 3 different places (2 screens and then different again on the box I was sent); some items that were listed as included actually required buying an additional pack which was a surprise. For my second set of tests I have had daily early morning texts and email messages saying I did not register a kit I have sent to the lab, but I have not even received the kit yet…I’m on my 4th attempt to get the support team to stop these daily messages with no luck. Shipping is also slow and glitchy, both times I have had automated messages saying it is taking longer than expected for my kits to ship and they are investigating. I think eventually they will have a great service but their quality control is a bit lacking right now Update: after seeing this review, the team responded quickly to me by phone and email to resolve the issues I have been having, both with automated messaging and customer service. I really do think they are trying to provide a great service, but still have a few things to iron out. Updated my rating

UPDATE: 12/26/25: I have read some other reviews and I agree that SiPHOX SUPPORT could be faster and better on urgent topics. They, like many companies, feel that hiding from their customers is the best way to offer service. Hiding behind BOTS and EMAILS then make people wait 5-7 days for an answer. To me this is completely unacceptable for a health/medical related product line. My review/experience below was after I suffered much of the same legwork with their support team. So to SiPHOX, while I love your product ultimately, but I also believe that **without** working with clients more quickly and effectively, it causes a lack of trust and lack of confidence, that really can't be repaired. We want to TRUST SIPHOX fully as this is our life and longevity we are talking about, not a video game or vacation site. Jeff =============== ORIGINAL REVIEW: Please give Siphox a chance to help you live better, and maybe longer. I truly am impressed with the entire packaging, process and app quality.  Sure there can be improvements, but the really are doing a great job!!! Their support system is also so helpful during the blood draw process. They actually do listen to their customers, which is an extremely rare trait and pleasure. My ability to use the Easy draw system at home makes getting blood samples so much easier than going into a doctor's office. I am a phlebotomist's worst nightmare, it usually takes 5-6 tries the old fashioned needle into veins. Then of course, after all this stress, I end up with massive bruising. There has to be a better way! NONE OF THAT HAPPENS WITH EASY DRAW. I can get the entire process done in a few minutes, no needles, no bruising. It's truly a miracle. I really feel so empowered now, and actually get excited to get my test samples completed. Most importantly the app and the data and analysis Siphox provides, has been life changing. My "Direct Primary Care" Doctor is also so impressed, she loves scrolling through my results and having very productive conversations with me. I found 6 very important bio markers that needed immediate attention. With normal MEDICINE 1.0 testing I would never have found them. ApoB, Lp(a), Iron, Creatine, Vitamin D and testosterone levels all needed attention, none of these are part of annual medical exams. I am telling everyone I know about SiPhox, because I truly believe it will improve their quality of life. Jeff PS: I compared the Siphox results with 2 conventional blood tests to make sure it was legit. The Siphox numbers were completely in alignment, my Doctor insisted we trust, but verify. (Yes those conventional tests were the ones that bruised me.. yeah, no more with Siphox) PSS: After reading the book Outlive, I had to take a new approach to my personal responsibility. Siphox really aligned perfectly with the goal set further in this amazing book.

I really enjoyed working with Una! She was very friendly and walked me through step by step on what I needed to do. She was also very patient and kind! Much quicker process with her tips and tricks!

Dr Michael Hall was very thorough when he went over my results with me . He answered all my questions .
