it took about a month to get the results, but after I got the results, I was impressed. The website is easy to understand. Im looking forward to making some changes to improve my results. I was a little nervous about taking the blood samples, but it turned out to be so easy.

Easy, Efficient, and Encouraging
Everything went like clockwork! I received the test materials on time, and the appointment was scheduled and completed promptly. My only minor concern was that I expected there might be some new tests I wasn’t familiar with, but overall, it was a great experience. It gave me a helpful boost to get back on track with my eating habits. Thank you to Dr. Axe and the consultation staff!

Ongoing Issues
After our subscriptions expire, we will be using a different provider. We have had ongoing issues with full biomarker results and long delays in receiving kits and blood analysis results. In addition, it is very hard to cancel our renewal subscriptions online.

We’re sorry to hear about the delays and incomplete results you experienced. In some cases, a sample may not contain enough volume for a full biomarker analysis. When this happens, we promptly send a replacement kit at no charge to ensure you receive complete results. We also offer live collection call support to guide you through the process and help ensure a successful collection. Subscription management is available directly in your account settings, but our team is always happy to assist if you run into any issues.
