First, I think this is a great service for those of us living in Canada! It really fills a huge gap in healthcare! Thank you Siphox Health for making this available to Canadians. Our regular family doctors (if you're lucky enough to have one), do not do all the extra biomarkers that I really wanted to get done. Second, Megha was excellent at guiding me through the collection process. I had two kits and we went over the 15 mins, but she stuck with me until it was completed. My timeline for shipping back to the lab was 2 days to OR and 4 days to San Diego. I got the results for nutrition first and it was so helpful to know my deficiencies and how to correct them. Customer service is very good. They are responsive within a reasonable amount of time and do follow through with your questions. So far so good. I really like the ability to connect my wearables. And the option of seeing "to clinical" results or "biohacker" results. You do not get this in conventional labs. So far happy!

The customer service team is incredibly helpful and timely in assisting to manage and navigate challenging situations. I had an unfortunate business transaction with a third-party who was using this service and they were instrumental in helping me navigate the situation They went above and beyond for me and pulled out all the stops in making things happen. Incredible service and top-shelf business acumen. Thanks to everyone involved in doing everything possible to do the right thing.

I live about forty miles from the nearest lab that will draw blood for self-prescribed tests. Although the process was a little bit messy, it was a good experience for me. The price was right and turnaround time reasonable.
