I learned so much about my REAL health. After years of being physically active (competitive) and thinking I was taking care of my body, I figured it was time to learn more at a deeper level. After taking the first SiPhox test, I discovered that I had abnormally high levels of Ferritin (Iron) and this was the beginning of my journey of identifying and treating my hemochromatosis.

The ordering and test taking were super easy and the self-draw test was efficient to use. My concern lies with the correlation to the pre-ordering questionnaire to the recommended product and the end results. During the questionnaire I mentioned a few concerns I had and a test was recommended yet some of the concerns I had were not tested for or not included in the test results. For example, in multiple spots I stated my diet is vegan, yet b-12 (the most common vegan deficiency) was not tested for or information relating to vitamin B was not available. There were other concerns I'd be happy to talk about if someone reaches out but along the same line of the information that was presented pre-test and before ordering did not line up with the results I received.

Assistance using the EasyDraw blood collecting system was outstanding. The necessary items are well organized and identified in the kit and there is a detailed description online for its use. However, what really made its use outstanding was the assistance from Megha Sama via a scheduled zoom call. The call began exactly at the scheduled start time and Megha moved through each step patiently pointing out critical actions needed to make the collection process a success. The importance of having her help in this first time use of the collection procedure can not be understated. Her communication skills as a coach and teacher were outstanding and clearly contributed to the successful outcome of the collection procedure.

Friendly and informed coach! Went through specifics from the report that I was concerned about as well as anything else I wanted to discuss. Went over time to finish up all the points and proper structured action plan was shared! Highly recommend!

I uploaded recent blood test results, at first I thought it didn't work because I didn't really know how to navigate the site. Once I figured it out though, I was super impressed! If you want more information, you can click on the item you want to know more about and it will open a more in-depth analysis. There's even advice on actions you can take to either raise or lower levels that may have been slightly elevated or low. It lets you know up front if theres anything you should be monitoring and if levels are good then it explains what part they play in keeping your body healthy! Very thorough and useful. I would definitely reccomend it to anyone that needs a little extra reassurance than the Dr's "oh yea, just take these pills and you'll be fine" approach. This site give you accurate insight while explaining it in ways to easily understand!
