I ordered a NUC 7 on a Monday and picked overnight shipping as I needed it within a day or two. Unfortunately the PC had to be build to order which I didn't see clearly indicated online. I ended up calling for an update and received an answer right away. The team was able to provide a clear response and delivery estimate which they followed thru on. Overall a good experience. I just wish there was a bit more detail on the order status page with time estimate. Or alternatively a courtesy call/email, especially when rush shipping is picked, to let the customer know that the order is not yet ready to ship.

Slow shipping. Didn’t have the thing I ordered me in stock and “recommended” a machine with much lesser specs. I appreciate the low price but customer service and communication could be better.

The package shipped fast and works as desired. However, I specifically asked for it to be hidden behind my garbage cans if I wasn't available to receive the package directly. (My residence is in a high-foot traffic area where porch pirates steal often.) My delivery? Left on my porch in plain site of any passerby and the busy sidewalk it sits next to! I received no knock on my door to ensure I safely got it, and no hiding of the package like I requested. I got lucky this time, but I won't be ordering from a company that doesn't ensure delivery instructions are adhered to.

Quality product at a great price. Good customer service too. I bought a unit from them and the cost of some of the components went down a couple of weeks later -- they gave me a refund in the amount of the difference.
