Service was great. I was contacted within just a few hours of placing my order so they could collect additional information not provided on the order form. Order was processed and shipped within a day or two, and I received less than a week after submitting the form online.

As with anything, 'one time' things can go wrong -- but, it's when they do, how do they handle it? We've done business with SimplyNUC for several years. From 2-5 NUC's to 'several hundred.' They've always been efficient, helped us when things went wrong, took care of defective NUC's without a word. (Hint: Even Intel NUC's have 1-2% out of box failures. With SimplyNUC we just return them for a no-hassle replacement). Great folks. I get things can be wrong on a single order. Contact them -- they will fix it.

Shipment took too long to prepare

I needed to purchase a replacement power adapter for my NUC8i5BEH, since the original was left 500 miles away, and no way to ship. Decided to purchase from SimplyNUC ONLY BECAUSE they showed the same original LiteOn power adapter that came with my NUC8i5BEH when I purchased it. The total SimplyNUC cost (with shipping) was $100, and I struggled with paying this much when other, much cheaper, options were available on Amazon. I made the decision to spend the extra dollars ONLY BECAUSE SimplyNUC offered the same LiteOn adapter that came with my NUC. Upon receipt, I found that SimplyNUC sent me the Asian Power Devices DA-90J19 power adapter that I could have bought on Amazon for $21.95 with free shipping (Prime). A follow-up with SimplyNuc customer service resulted only in them saying "Sorry - the picture of the LiteOn power adapter is only for reference - the one you received will work with your NUC". I have been satisfied with SimplyNUC purchases previously, but I must say that this looks like a bait and switch tactic. I am very disappointed to have paid FIVE TIMES as much in order to receive the correct (as advertised) LiteOn power adapter, only to receive the inferior quality APD adapter that I had decided against, even though it was only $21.95 on Amazon.

Gary, we appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback so we can improve our customer experience. I will be processing a credit back to you for the difference in price between the $65 and $21.95 rates. Our inventory of these types of products has evolved to multiple suppliers, as original replacements can sometimes have constrained availability. We are working now on updates to our website that will bring more transparency to these scenarios. Thank you Gary! - Simply NUC

expectation was an immediate shipment from a pre-configured system. We needed to go buy a new system from the local best buy to cover out need.
