SimplyNUC was wonderful to work with. They answered my questions via chat and shipping the product very quickly. A question came up post-purchase and via another chat session, they made sure everything went smoothly.

We use these devices at work to replace our old Mac minis. Our IT folks highly recommended them over the Mac minis. I would have preferred an Apple product but the cost was prohibiting and the Nuc is much more reasonably priced. Luckily I have worked on PC's before.

My order shipped less than 2 weeks after it was placed. The Core i7 NUC certainly performs better than my Core i3 Dell tower, and takes up a lot less space. The SSD is a big improvement over my old, clunky HDD. I've got 32GB of RAM now! Yay!

Pretty, pretty good, just wished they had told me upfront that I was pre-ordering a PC. They let me buy it so I thought it was in stock at that time (they were just letting people order it, but they did not have a unit available yet). But I guess I should've been able to guess them having a top seller in stock on Cyber Monday was unlikely. But even still, fast delivery and they packed it with top-end parts. Great and speedy customer support too. Very satisfied.

Too slow on turnaroung time

Purchase experience was fine, expecting delivery today, which was reasonable for type of product. There was a "blackout" after purchase with no email acknowledge of purchase, although credit card transaction was acknowledged by CC issuer. Had to call in to confirm order was in process. While waiting for delivery of components to SimplyNUC for final assembly, no acknowledgments, status reports or simply dashboard to confirm order was in process. This lack of information was mildly anxiety provoking.

Awesome small config + service from Simply NUC. Added a 2080 TI in it and it is a very sweet setup for casual playing.

Blown away with the hades canyon nuc its awesome i love it however the rx vega gpu is having trouble recording game play even combined with the 8th generation intel cpu streaming and background recording is not possible. That being said gameplay is flawless!
