The Simply NUC website is misleading. My original order was reported available in January. I proceeded with the purchase (it was January) and the site noted the order was processing. After 3-4 days to build as promised, I called to learn the item would not be ready for another 4-6 weeks. Note my credit card had been charged. I changed the order to another similar item but received no link. A nice lady helped track progress when I called, but her process insight seemed limited. Overnight shipping was provided, and I learned the unit's led was not available (not mentioned on the site) the price was reduced to the same as my original order.

Always super reliable

Fine Service I have nothing bad to say. I placed my order. It was fulfilled. Everything went smoothly. I was going to say that I didn't get an email when I created my order, much like most retailers, but I just did a search and found that it went to Spam in Gmail... which is very odd. I only mention this because I was constantly trying to check on my order and I always had difficulty finding it. Interesting, since I've not had that problem before. Hopefully someone reads this and it triggers them to check their spam folder for the order confirmation email. Otherwise, I thoroughly enjoyed shopping for my excellent tiny PC.

I asked before I placed the order if yoyo had it in stock. You said yes. It then took weeks to ship. I received the unit without a power cable. The unit would not power up when I got it. The power cable on the main board was not on correctly. The power LED on the unit does not work. The unit will not run Hyoer V. That is a pretty big deal. I contacted support and they where not helpful at all. This is my first experience with simplynuc. I have been in IT for more than 30 years. I was disappointed with the entire experiance.

The team here is incredibly helpful. Hats off to Bobbie for pushing through two quick builds for a time sensitive job. A++

Your website needs to be updated. Password reset option is broken (resets access not password. There was a delay waiting for parts but other than that service was great when I called for updates. Also the price is a little high Thank you for everything

Excellent response time. I was amazed how fast my NUC arrived and configured exactly the way I ordered.
