Too early/lucky to weigh in on technical support, but Sales email still unresponsive since I asked on applying coupon code retroactively a few days ago. Support responded quickly to direct my inquiry to Sales, then after I did that nothing.

Jeffrey Reneau went out of his way to help us get more information about a new model that we had pre-ordered. Was also very clear about expected delivery dates, etc. Great to work with.

Put my order in on 2/22/21, but didn't receive it until 3/9/21. No explanation for the delay and no updates on the status of my order. Even though I paid extra for 2 day shipping. When I called the customer service guy was rather nonchalant. The best I can say is he didn't give me a lame apology or make excuses. If you have a good reason for a delay in filling an order, then you should quickly and clearly communicate that to the customer, so you don't leave them hanging and wondering what's going on.
