Great Selection. Great and reasonably priced options.

I understand that you normally ship products with the OS installed. However, I required an OS that was not on your list. It took me about 2 days, an email to support, and LOTS of searching on Google before I could get an OS loaded. The problem ended up being that Legacy USB needed to be turned on in the BIOS. A lot of this could have been avoided if you had a help guide for loading something other than Ubuntu or Windows.

Great PC! Small footprint, Very FAST startup, runs fast as well. Makes my out in the country SLOW internet seem a little faster!

This is my second major computer purchase from SimplyNUC. I was able to get a very effective and efficient computer that I use every day, without driving to computer stores or the need to deal with bloatware. Yes, I had to wait a month or so, as advertised, for the new "Topaz" model to be available, but given the challenges of the last year, this can be understood.

This is the second mini-PC I bought from Simply NUC. The Intel NUC9 Extreme worked great, and this one, the AMD based mini PC that they build in-house, is great as well. It's tiny, performs well and was delivered quickly. No complaints.

Placed order online, sales reached out to me to verify I was ordering the correct items for my use case, even though it ended up reducing my order amount. They were very responsive and helpful. New favorite PC company!
