The key for my NUC mounting bracket was mistakenly omitted from my order. I contacted customer service who overnighted a key to me.

On the first day that SimplyNUC began accepting pre-orders for the Intel NUC 11 Enthusiast, I placed my order (long before anyone else offered this new unit). Phantom Canyon NUC 11 Enthusiast NUC11PHKi7C A few (but significant) dissappointments from Intel: This highly premium priced NUC 11 is only available with: - Intel's i7-1165G7 instead of their i7-1185G7 processor - a soldered-in WiFi-6 chipset instead of their own plug-in WiFi-6E module (not upgradeable) - an outdated NVIDIA GeForce RTX2060 GPU instead of the RTX2070 or RTX2080 (circa late 2018) - PCIe Gen3 instead of Gen4 (Intel's claimed advantage of the i7-1165G7/i7-1185G7 CPU) But then the bright side (the team at SimplyNUC): SimplyNUC's customer and technical staff are exceptional, professional, and really know their product. I pestered them quite a bit on technical queries and they were always patient and helped me make an informed choice on my configuration. I cannot praise (and recommend) SimplyNUC highly enough. Kudos especially to Nicole and Matthew! The order was well tracked and arrived exactly as ordered. Despite my shortgivings on Intel's options/limitations for more current tech in the unit I listed above, I am very pleased with the Phantom Canyon NUC 11 Enthusiast NUC11PHKi7C as configured by SimplyNUC. Buying electronics online is a stressful experience. You never know what you are going to get or what condition it will be in when it arrives. SimplyNuc made the selection and purchase of a my first NUC a pleasant experience. Their website is easy to navigate and there are a number of barebones, pre-configured or custom configured models to choose from. I ordered a custom unit which arrived in the agreed upon time. Their customer service was available and helpful in answering my questions. The unit itself, started right up and has been running for the past few days without any issues. I will recommend them to friends and colleagues.

SD card does not work. Still able to work around.

First of all, ordered a new NUC without a power supply. It wasn't as simple as I thought it would be to find the right power supply. Received my NUC and wanted to put it together, but no go. Found the right power supply at SimplyNUC, ordered over the weekend, and quickly received the PS I ordered. IMHO, customer service and shipping were great and got things moving. Really happy with the product and service.
