This is my second purchase. Two years ago I bought a NUC8i7BEH which my wife is now using. This spring I purchased the Topaz by Simply NUC, NUC11TZi7 with 32 GB Ram and two 512 GB SSD storage drives. Both computers have Win 10 Pro. Love these computers, and thank you!

Highly recommend. I was able to get exactly what I wanted for a very competitive price. They had my NUC customized with top quality parts and on its way to me within 24 hours. I love my new NUC and I'll be back when it is time to upgrade.

Responded quickly to inquiries on product delays. Would like them to be more proactive on transmitting delays though.

SimplyNuc service was very professional, but I would have appreciated more clarity on the status of my order. My computer was backordered due to the silicon shortage, which is understandable, but they kept pushing back the expected delivery date instead of admitting that the timing was not yet available. Slightly frustrating, but I would definitely order from them again.

The quality of work produced by your team is fantastic. Thank you for preparing the order and delivering it as scheduled. I would definitely recommend your services to my network of people. One feedback, the online payment process needs some improvements. My credit card was rejected without any specific reason to contact your customer service directly. Fortunately, Kimberly, from your customer service reached out to me proactively and that moved the process along. Kudos to her.
