They sent to the wrong address, send confirmations to the wrong email address. I tried to correct them, but they refused.

Poor documentation! Not good for auto startup as set with push button start. Over priced. Mounting is hobby quality. Power supply cords (both In&Out) short.

Great customer service. The item I ordered was VERY back ordered and I was notified pretty quickly. This allowed me to decide to wait or choose something else.

Easy to configure and order. They communicated about order status (it did take a couple weeks to configure and ship.) Detailed shipping updates from Fedex. I ordered a fanless NUC - attractive, quality construction. Nice shipping package, everything included to get it up and running quickly. Got my art application running with no problems on pre-installed Ubuntu load.

The product is perfect. Exactly what I wanted and works like a charm. Also simplynuc did a great job with a crap situation. Due to the pandemic + the global chip shortage it took a very long time for my order to go from when I paid to arriving at my door. While I don't envy anyone having to tell customers it's still not ready, simplynuc was honest and forthright with what was going on, sent me plenty of updates on the status and in general did not leave me in the dark. Great job 10/10 would order again.

Excellent service and communication. My order's delay was simply a casualty of the global silicon shortage and no fault of SimplyNUC who kept me abreast of the situation all throughout my wait and offered me a gift card as an apology. Will definitely order a smaller nuc from them again because I want to build a small media streamer/server for my home network.

The customer service was great they were very quick with responding and very helpful. On the other hand my shipment was shipped more than 6 months later than it said it would be on the site. To be fair it was something I Pre ordered but still 6 months late.
