No super unreal markups. The communication between ordering, construction/configuration and shipping was awesome. They had my custom order built and shipped within 24 hours. I am looking forward to using my new Ruby R5 NUC when it arrives in about 24 hours! 5/16/2021 Working with the system for a bit now since getting it, I wonder where this little powerhouse has been all my computing life. Its been a solid system. I have played with several Linux distros on it without a stutter or hesitation, taking my experimentation all in stride. I would HIGHLY recommend this system for anyone wanting a small footprint, do everything system. I am using a Linux distro on mine but have do doubt that it would handle Windows 10 just as well with a smile on its face.

My order arrived within days. Due to the rarity of some components like the discreet GPU, I was expecting it to take weeks at least. I would still prefer barebones kits if possible, but at least with SimplyNUC they have stock and availability.

Their response quick and professional. They fixed the problem and kept me up to date on everything. I was notified that they were returning it to me.
