The helpdesk of Simplero is truly a help! With any question I have, I get quick an answer to my question, they even take a look at the page where I am stuck with to give detailed information. Simplero is a great platform what combines a lot of features for your website, landing pages, email broadcasts, newsletters and so much more. And the great thing is, they keep searching for new, better, easier solutions.

Tech stuff can really stress me out but Simplero truly does help make it all simpler! Even then there are times when extra support is needed. Summer made the process as easy as possible. She was warm and kind and helpful.

I love Simplero. I have been on several course platforms, but I have never experienced this level of service, care, and excellence before Simplero. I have been working with Kristina (and also gotten help from the fab customer service people), and I can't believe the results I'm getting. My first course is up and working and looking beautiful. Simplero's support is super helpful and friendly. Though I wish they have a live chat support but even though they don't have one right now the implementation calls are helpful and the email supports are great. I get an answer usually within 1-3 hours after submitting a ticket which is not bad at all. You can even reopen a ticket in case you have another question relate to it which is amazing!

Kristina helped me set up an automation for a free membership trial with a summer special I am running. As always, she made it so easy to implement!

It is overly complicated. There is no basic way to get started quickly. The guides are mainly videos, which takes forever. The step-by-step guide (if you can find it) guides you through a lot of things, then once you have done it, it is not part of the basic package. You can not really see how much you still need to do - so every time you think you are done and can get your course rolling, there is more complicated steps to follow. Do not use this service, unless you are willing to spend more time learning to use this, than to make your course - or if you are willing to hire a pro to do it all for you. I would urge all small/new businesses to avoid! It is a waste of money!

Simplero is the absolute in customer service in my book! No question is too big and the patience of the team is phenomenal! There are tons of guides and videos to help me, but if I get stuck (and believe me I do) all I have to do is ask. They either answer specifically or give me the link to the right video or guide with some explanation. They look at pages I've made or things I've set up when I send a screen shot or video showing my set up and tell me what I need to adjust. It's an all-in-one solution with advanced features that I plan to take advantage of, once my business is off the gr
