SimpleroReviews of simplero.com

I wholeheartedly recommend Kristina Cummings at Simplero! Simplero is an exceptional and user-friendly platform that offers everything I need for my side business, including automating funnels, online training, payments, websites, and more. After exploring numerous tools, I chose Simplero because it consolidates all essential features into one system, allowing me to focus on what truly matters—growing my side business. With my demanding full-time job, effectiveness and efficiency are crucial for managing my side business. The Simplero team is outstanding, always dedicated to providing excellent service. Kristina, in particular, has been invaluable in making my experience smoother, more effective, and efficient. For example, she has guided me on how to automate funnels before and after events like webinars, enabling me to execute tasks at least 10 times faster than before or on autopilot. Kristina approaches her work with a very positive attitude, making every interaction a pleasure. I truly appreciate her expertise and commitment. Thank you, Kristina and the Simplero team!

Simplero is the platform that I recommend time and time again to anyone wanting an all-in-one customer management, email provider, and class hosting platform. The way everything works together seamlessly is the way I wish every other platform that I've tried in the past worked. And if having everything integrated in one place doesn't do enough to entice you... Their customer service is absolutely top-notch. Never before have I had a company respond to support tickets so promptly. They continue to work with you until your issue is resolved - you're not left figuring it out on your own. Gone are the days when you don't even bother reaching out to support because you know you'll just get a generic answer. Every Simplero support specialist tailors answers in a way that helps you spend less time "figuring it out" and more time doing the parts of your job that you love. Consider me a loyal customer 👍🏼

Olga was awesome! She made a video for me to explain what I needed to do to. That made it so easy for me to implement. Thanks.

Excellent support team! Simplero offers multiple ways to seek help and I am so thankful for that. Being a small business owner who is building everything on her own, it is extremely important that I’m able to have a support system like what Simplero offers. I’ve tried other companies and either you have to be on their expensive plan to get actual help from a person, or they simply don’t offer to talk to someone at all. Very frustrating. I’m so glad I switched to Simplero. The backend of their platform is easy to learn and use. And, just knowing that they use the platform as well, is comforting because I know they’ll continue to improve and add features to it.

I always get help really really quick - and the whole team is super nice :) A pleasure to work with you!

One (just one) of the many things I love about Simplero is the speed and generosity of support. This week we needed an answer FAST to get a broadcast to new clients... Olga was there for us. Speedy, simple and meaningful followup.

I've been working with Maria for a couple of months and she is simply fantastic! She quickly understood what my goals and objectives were and we set about making a plan to achieve the goals in a realistic timeframe. She is an absolute pleasure to work with and I can not recommend her highly enough for anyone looking for help with Simplero. I just hope my review doesn't make her so busy I cant book her myself 😆

Simplero offers everything I need as a business owner in one platform: Website, membership sites, email system, products and order forms - just to name a few! Besides all these top notch features, they offer the best customer service with real, smart and kind people who truly care about solving any problems you might face.
